![]() SpillerPride, I agree but not about the spreadsheets Just understand how you got there and how easy it can be to go into Amber and then Red. I wouldn’t waste my time farting about with spreadsheets. The most important thing is that your in green. I do like the idea of a spreadsheet though!! Can't have too many spreadsheets ![]() I just have a vehicle called OCRS and it reminds me monthly to download the report to a file. I have a system that gives me all my run out dates etc. You can also check MOT results are recorded correctly. The TC likes to know you're keeping an eye on it and also you can see if you've had a motor checked and the driver hasn't told you or brought any paperwork home. I was thinking about instead of printing but to have each month on 1 spreadsheet to show that I’m on top of looking at them every month.ĭanierro, it's wise to download them monthly or Quarterly or at some period that suits you. ![]() I save them on my files and I also print fir the office files. I just know this as went through it with a client before they went to PI What’s more important is understanding the feeders as you can have a negative encounter and still be in green - they’re worth looking at as you can see all the history of mots and encounters and you’ll soon see how the factors feed in. You don’t have to print them up but it’s handy to download them into a folder on the computer each month to evidence the check. You need to be checking the encounter and roadside reports which feed into and ultimately create the score. ![]()
